WeGO launched the Smart City Driver, WeGO’s own project management framework, to help cities plan, finance, and deploy their smart city projects through a range of customized smart solutions and by matchmaking with strategic partners that can assist in citywide implementation.

WeGO has prepared a three-pronged online workshops series to provide interested local governments, in-kind and financial partner organizations with “hands-on” experience on the Smart City Driver.

Workshop I:
Submit your project through the Activator

A selection of local government members will demonstrate hands-on how to submit projects for the Solution Finder and the Project Implementer, with a live walkthrough from the Secretariat. Join to understand how to input your own city’s data in a way that elevates your chances of identifying appropriate solutions and establishing a competitive proposal for funding and support from WeGO.

In the last of this series, local government members turn to financing partners from the public and private sector for their insider tips on how to turn submissions into bankable projects. A new group of experts will review the submissions in advance and share their insights on how to access funding by attracting key investors for cities’ projects. Join to take a closer look at your own projects and discover what they need to secure the resources required to succeed.
