With a focus on ‘People-centric’ approach, the Smart City Index development project aims at developing an index and an analysis report that will serve as a guideline and reference to cities in the world to learn smart city experiences from each other. The cities will be able to understand their development stages in the world in terms of smart sustainable development, and identify areas to improve and benchmark other model cases.

In order to select the most adequate research institute that can carry out the project with the expected qualification and expertise, a call for bid announcement will be made. Among the submitted candidates, a selection committee will be conducted to evaluate and select the best candidate.
