Mr. Yosik Kang is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in public service, corporate governance and digital innovation. He currently serves as a Visiting Professor at Dankook University, where he shares his expertise in public administration, digital transformation, and organizational leadership.

Mr. Kang previously served as the President of the Seoul Digital Foundation, where he led major initiatives to promote smart city development and digital innovation in the capital. Under his leadership, the Foundation advanced digital inclusion and urban technology strategies aligned with Seoul’s long-term innovation agenda.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kang held high-level executive positions across key public institutions, including as Director of the Korea Minting, Security Printing & ID Card Operating Corporation (KOMSCO), and as Standing Auditor at Korea East-West Power Co., Ltd., a major public energy enterprise. These roles reflect his commitment to accountability, transparency, and innovation in public sector operations.

Mr. Kang brings a wealth of cross-sectoral leadership experience and continues to contribute to public dialogue on governance, digital policy, and organizational development through his academic and advisory work.
