Attorney Kyu-Hun Kim is a prominent legal expert with an extensive career in prosecution, public service, and cultural policy advisory roles. He currently serves as the Representative Attorney at Kim Kyu-Hun Law Office, following a distinguished tenure in Korea’s legal and judicial system.
Mr. Kim has held several key positions in the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutors’ Office, including Director at the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, Chief of the Criminal Affairs Division at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, Chief Prosecutor of the Investigation Division at the Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office, Head of the Violent Crimes Division at the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office, Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office, and Chief of the Chungju Branch Prosecutors’ Office. His prosecutorial work laid a strong foundation for his current leadership in private legal practice. He has also pursued academic and international research as a visiting scholar at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany and Keio University in Japan. His interdisciplinary interests have enabled him to bridge the legal and cultural sectors in Korea.
