
Byung-Woong Min
Dr. Byung-Woong Min is a distinguished scholar and policy expert in law, sustainability, and political studies with deep expertise in environmental governance and green growth strategy. He currently serves as a Specially Appointed Professor at the Graduate School of Political Studies at Kookmin University, where he also leads the Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth Research Center as its Director.
Dr. Min has long been at the forefront of Korea’s academic and policy efforts toward climate action, carbon neutrality, and sustainable development. His research and leadership focus on institutional frameworks for green transformation, carbon reduction strategies, and climate governance mechanisms in both domestic and international contexts.
