OVERVIEW
The WeGO Executive Committee (EXCOM), WeGO’s main decision-making body, convenes annually to review the Secretariat’s activities and accomplishments in the past year and to decide on key agenda items guiding the organization’s direction for the future. The EXCOM plays a central role in shaping the organization’s priorities, strengthening international collaboration, and advancing impactful smart city initiatives among members worldwide.
On the occasion of this year’s EXCOM Meeting, EXCOM Members will have the privilege to select candidates for hosting the WeGO Executive Committee Meeting 2027, and the opening of new WeGO Regional Offices.
In 2026, the EXCOM will be held online on October 28 and will be hosted by São Paulo, Brazil, the Executive Vice-President City of WeGO.
