OVERVIEW
The WeGO EXCOM 2016 meeting was a three-day event held in Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, Turkey. It consisted of a press conference and the EXCOM Session on Day 1, two focused Sessions on Public-Private Partnerships for Smart City Projects and Best Practice Sharing: From Citizen Participation to Citizen Empowerment and a technical tour on Day 2, as well as a City Tour on Day 3.
The meeting hosted 45 officials representing 8 EXCOM members, 9 observer cities, 2 observer institutions from 15 countries.
