OVERVIEW
Prior to the Executive Committee Meeting, through a special invitation of new WeGO member city Moscow City Government, EXCOM members and observer cities participated in the special Moscow Program from September 14 to 15.
The Executive Committee Meeting 2015 was held in Ulyanovsk Region, Russia from September 16 to 18, 2015. On Day 1, WeGO EXCOM members discussed key WeGO agenda at the closed EXCOM Meeting Session followed by three-party talks with the WeGO Regional Offices and the Gala Dinner celebrating the 5th WeGO Anniversary. The program was further distinguished by the Good Practice Sharing session and the Workshop on Open Data for Smart Cities on Day 2 and 3, respectively. Finally, the program was supplemented by cultural and technical tours.
The meeting hosted 46 officials representing 10 EXCOM members, 6 observer cities, 2 observer institutions from 12 countries.
