The 7th Regional Symposium on Effective Global Governance and Digital Transformation provided an excellent opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. The WeGO Secretariat facilitated the visit by the government officials from Hue City (Vietnam) and promoted WeGO activities to the delegation. Hue City expressed interest in WeGO Membership and interest in participating in the Seoul Smart City Prize.

After the success from last year’s ‘WeGO Champions’, the World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization (WeGO) is continuing the program with a wider scope. side from online lectures, this year’s program will also be hosted in-person in six other cities–Baku (Azerbaijan), Munich (Germany), Geneva (Switzerland), Athens (Greece), Milan (Italy), and Los Angeles (USA).
