Jin-nyoung Choi is a highly respected attorney with extensive experience in legal practice, public service and institutional governance in Korea. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of CK Law Firm and provides legal counsel to the Seoul Metropolitan Government. He also contributes to public-sector governance as a member of the Personnel Committee of the Korean Red Cross.

Mr. Choi has held several key positions in Korea’s legal community, including serving as Spokesperson for the Korean Bar Association and as an Expert Commissioner for the Sentencing Commission of the Supreme Court of Korea. In these roles, he played an active part in enhancing transparency and fairness in legal policy and public communication. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Choi is engaged in broader civic and professional activities. As a legal advisor to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, he supports policymaking and regulatory review in urban governance and administrative law.

Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Sogang University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He has also completed the Advanced Industrial Management Program (AIP 54th Class) at the College of Engineering, Seoul National University.
