Qlue is a gov-tech enterprise that works to improve the quality of urban life with a Smart City approach. We empower leaders in various sectors and industries in order to create data-driven good governance; while promoting better accountability and transparency for the citizens. Our solutions range from mobile applications, geographical information systems (GIS) dashboard, to AI-powered computer vision.

Some of the most notable problems that we solve in the urban realm include poor public service delivery, citizen distrust of government performance, and poor living conditions in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. In Jakarta’s case, for example, we have successfully improved government services 47%, and 61,4% of citizens feel that the Qlue app is effective in solving problems (independent research by Kompas, largest Indonesia news outlet). Moreover, Qlue apps have managed to improve citizen satisfaction of public services by 41% during our first year of implementation. Lastly, through resolved citizen-reports, we managed to help reduce 98% of 5.000 flood clogging point in Jakarta over the last 2 years.

Qlue has gained global recognition for our work. We were awarded Best Mobility Project by World Smart City Organization in 2018 and Best Mobile Governance Applications on Public Empowerment category at the World Government Summit in 2019.
