“Victoria” is the citizen service chatbot of the Mexico City Government. It provides information on procedures and services, and since June 30, 2020 it’s also provided information regarding COVID-19.

FEATURES

  • Victoria is available via WhatsApp or SMS text. One simply adds the number +52 561402 8408 to the contact list. Any message will be replied to with a menu displaying the available service options.
  • Victoria can provide information on COVID-19 in the city, such as: COVID-19 symptoms, hospital occupancy, and the latest case reports, and related information.

ONGOING RESULTS

  • Using this tool, the Mexico City Government added WhatsApp to the automated service channels for citizen information on the COVID-19 pandemic.
