The Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH) is a leading local enterprise founded by Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) aimed at contributing to the stabilization of residential condition and improvement of public welfare of the Seoul citizens by supplying rental houses and houses for installment sale. SH has continuously gone forward by developing new towns, such as ‘Eunpyeong New Town’ and Magok District’, and influencing the government policies to shift to a new paradigm of housing under the vision of “Happy City of Citizens with Communication and Consideration”. |
