The 3rd WeGO GA took place in Chengdu, China, from November 3 to 6, 2014, with the theme “Engaging Citizens: Open, Sharing, and Collaborative Cities.” The event saw around 300 participants representing 63 local governments from over 30 countries, including 16 governors and mayors, 14 vice governors and vice mayors, and other officials, and representatives from 25 institutions and other partners.
