WeGO is pleased to invite WeGO members to join Transparent and Accountable Cities: Innovative Solutions for Municipal Management and Finance Workshop organized by WeGO's partner Uraia, an initiative led by UN-Habitat and FMDV (Global Fund for Cities Development) to foster the exchange of experiences on municipal innovation, to be held on February 8-10, 2017 in Madrid, Spain.
The workshop will gather 60 representatives from local governments, network of cities, international and civil society organizations, research centers, private sector, and national ministries of different countries. The workshop will combine plenary sessions, in-depth debates, and field visits to led by Spanish municipalities.
A limited number of grants are available to support travel and accommodation for speakers wishing to present their experience.
